PCD cutting tool blanks


PCDcutting tool blanks are compound super-hard material of polycrystalline dismond lsyers and WC sintered under ultrahigh pressure and high temperature. It has the hardness and wear resistance of natural diamond and toughness of hard alloy. The surface of tools and processing work pieces made of such materials is highly polished and gringding processing operation is not required. Cutters have a long lifetime and high efficiency. It is an ideal and new-type tool material and can be widely applied in processing nonferrous metals and its alloy and non-metallic materials.

PCD drawing die blanks


Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die Blanks is diamond crystal block of diamond particles and catalyst cobalt sintered under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure. It has the wear resistance, hardness and good thermal conductivity of natural diamond and the similar toughness of hard alloy. It has a long useful life and can be used in drawing of many kinds of alloy, such as stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum and aluminum.
Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die blanks of our company is divided into self supported blanks series and Tungsten carbide supported blanks series. Self supported blanks series consists of round and hexagon two types:

Compared with self-supported blanks, Tungsten Carbide Support Die Blanks can withstand greater pressure as Tungsten Carbide has good toughness to support the inner part ( diamond).
