PCD wire drawing die is made of diamond powder under the action of metal catalyst (cobalt), and it is sintered with high pressure and high temperature process.Under the condition of strict process control, diamond micro-crystalline particles formed between health, making it similar to natural diamond high hardness and high thermal conductivity, at the same time, because of the diamond powder for irregular arrangement, make poly-crystalline diamond performance for isotropic, processing without considering its orientation, and has better toughness and wear resistance.
