PDC anchor bit

PDC is sintered with diamond and WC under ultrahigh pressure and temperature. It integrates the advantages of diamond and WC,with both extremely high wear resistance and excellent shock strength.PDC anchor bit which adopt PDC is a successor of traditional carbide bit, not only has high wear resistance and good diameter performance, flexible structure form, but also have an excellent rock breaking mechanism differently from carbide bit, thus there is no need to have a high speed drilling equipment. It makes PDC anchor bit is widely used in percussion drilling of  oil and mine exploration, underground gas drainage, discharge water, anchor bolt support .etc.

TSP

Polycrystalline Diamond is a diamond combo produced by diamond sintered with bond under high temperature and high pressure; it has very high wearability and high thermal stability.

     The polycrystalline diamonds. include TSP Series for drilling bits and PCD series for genuine diamond polished.

   TSP is an unbacked polycrystalline diamond product,which is manufactured by the same ultra-high pressure and high temperature techniques as other PCD products.It is thermally stable up to 1200°C for its binder is chemically insert and has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion like that of diamond.It is suitable for mining bits and oil drilling bits.

  PCD Series has lower wearability than TSP Series. Compared to genuine diamond, it not only has much high grinding efficiency, but the price is much lower. Therefore, it is the first choice for demand processing nowadays. The engineers of Sanhe corp. can control the wearability of polycrystalline diamond accurately for different industrial purposes.

Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die Blanks

Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die Blanks is diamond crystal block of diamond particles and catalyst cobalt sintered under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure. It has the wear resistance, hardness and good thermal conductivity of natural diamond and the similar toughness of hard alloy. It has a long useful life and can be used in drawing of many kinds of alloy, such as stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum and aluminum.
